Remote Hydraulic Cable Crimping Heads and Pump Kits

Choose a remote hydraulic crimping-head configuration by model and its explicitly named pump contents. Original FYQ and EP packages retain their stated contents.

Configuration and contents

• The model and pump named in Configuration determine the supplied package.
• The 300 Handheld versions use a different hand-grip head arrangement and are not the stand-mounted 300 head.
• No universal force, connector rating or die interchangeability is inferred across all models.

One selected remote crimping-head configuration. A no-pump choice requires a separately compatible hydraulic pump. Only a configuration explicitly naming a manual pump includes that pump; dies follow the selected model and stated package. The gallery shows one black 400-class head marked HT-400 as a source-series example. Other heads, dies and pump packages are not individually illustrated.

Before use

Match the actual die profile and size to the connector and conductor, and match the hydraulic pressure, hose and coupler to the head. Use on isolated, de-energized conductors. Follow the connector and tool instructions; no insulated live-working or universal die compatibility rating is implied.

240 and 700-2 manual-pump choices

The added FYQ-240 configurations use the source-designated 16–240 mm² die assortment, either with no pump or the named CP-180 manual pump. Additional 630 and 1000 packages include the separately designated 700-2 manual pump, not an electric pump. One selected head-and-tooling package is supplied; a pump is included only when named. The gallery remains the original400-class head example and does not individually show these added heads or pump models.

CP-100T dual-circuit head only

The CP-100T ordering option is the aluminum-conductor crimping head pictured with a physical CO-100S nameplate and two hydraulic ports. This label correspondence applies to this offered unit only. Includes one head; no pump or unlisted loose die assortment is promised. It requires a compatible dual-circuit hydraulic system, including the correct operating pressure, advance/return connections, hoses and couplers. Do not assume the CP-180, CP-700 or 700-2 packages offered elsewhere in this listing fit this head. The 400-class gallery does not depict the CP-100T option.
