These Terms apply to the Hardwick Supply online store at hardwicksupply.com and its shopping services. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. Read these Terms with our store policies before ordering.

1. Using the store

Use the store lawfully, provide accurate information and have the legal capacity or authorization to place an order. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code or misuse the services. Keep account access details secure.

2. Product information and selection

Check the exact variant, dimensions, interfaces, materials, intended use, included parts and instructions. Images can show props or configurations not included in the selected option. We do not claim that all products are manufactured by Hardwick Supply or that all components are interchangeable. Ask about any essential missing specification before ordering.

3. Orders and availability

Review the item, variant, quantity, address and total before payment. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order request; it does not promise immediate dispatch. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfill an order, we will explain the options and refund amounts paid for cancelled or unavailable items. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Review the currency, item price, discounts, delivery charges and applicable checkout taxes before paying. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by address, device and provider. We will not silently increase an accepted charge. If an error affects an order, we will explain the issue and offer appropriate options. See Payment Information.

5. Shipping and import charges

Our Shipping Policy explains China dispatch, available destinations, charges, item-specific estimates, customs charges and delay handling. No general free-shipping or guaranteed-delivery promise applies unless expressly offered for the order. Mandatory shipment, cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

6. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy provides the 30-day return request period, condition requirements, return-shipping responsibilities, cancellation requests and refund process. Obtain authorization and the confirmed return address before posting an item.

7. Tools and mechanical components

Select products for the actual application, connections, dimensions and operating conditions. Follow supplied instructions and applicable safety requirements. Do not assume a load rating, certification or suitability for a particular machine or application unless the listing establishes it. We do not add a blanket manufacturer's warranty to every item; any expressly offered warranty and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send payment credentials by email or through a support message. Use the secure checkout interface provided for payment.

9. Intellectual property and submitted content

Text, photographs, names, designs and other materials may belong to Hardwick Supply or their respective owners. Buying an item does not transfer intellectual-property rights. Submit only material you are entitled to share and avoid unlawful content or another person's private information. Moderation does not mean every review has been independently verified.

10. Third-party services and availability

Payment, hosting, shipping and linked independent services may have their own applicable terms. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not exclude obligations that applicable law requires us to fulfill.

11. Corrections, changes and responsibility

We may correct inaccurate information and update these Terms for future use. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights or rewrite an existing accepted order without a lawful basis. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to unsafe or non-conforming goods.
