For a product question, include the product name or SKU, selected variant, quantity and your question. For an existing order, include the order number and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment information.

Returns and delivery enquiries

Read the Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Obtain written return authorization and the confirmed address before sending a parcel. A dispatch address is not automatically a return address, and a U.S. return warehouse is not promised.
