FS-7842 Manual Hydraulic AC Hose Crimpers

FS-7842 A/C hose crimpers offer an integral hand tool or split-head configurations. Choose whether a separate manual pump is included with your package.

Configuration and contents

• The integral version has its own hand-operated hydraulic mechanism.
• The split-head-only choice requires a separately compatible hydraulic pump.
• Only the original configuration explicitly labeled Aluminum includes the blue aluminum manual pump. The CP-180 and CP-700 configurations include their own named manual pump.

One selected tool or kit; included dies, case and accessories follow the stated configuration. The gallery shows the integral blue-tool kit; split heads and pump packages are not individually illustrated.

Fit and use

Check the exact pipe or hose, fitting material, profile and size before ordering. Similar model numbers or jaw shapes do not establish interchangeability. Follow the fitting and tool instructions; no universal gas, refrigerant or pressure-system approval is implied.

Black integral and alternate manual-pump kits

The black FS-7842 integral configuration is a separate body-color choice. The remote FS-7842 packages naming CP-180 or CP-700 include that specific manual pump and the selected crimping-head tooling; these are distinct from the original blue aluminum-pump kit. Each is one actual kit, not a loose powered tool. No electric pump or battery tool is included in these additions. The original gallery remains the blue integral-body example and does not individually show the black body or alternate pumps.
