CW-1525F Remote Hydraulic Pipe Press Heads

CW-1525F remote pipe-press heads offer Series I, Series II, TH, U, M, V, VAU and VUS profiles. Select the exact fitting profile and die package before ordering.

Configuration and contents

• Series I/II: 15, 20 and 25 mm; TH choices distinguish 25 from 26 mm in the middle size.
• The U configuration lists 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm.
• M and V packages include one chosen die pair from 12/15/18/22/28 mm; VAU from 15/20/25 mm; VUS from 1/2, 3/4 or 1 inch. They do not include all listed pairs.
• For a one-pair M, V, VAU or VUS package, contact us before ordering to agree the exact included die size.
• Head packages do not include a hydraulic pump. Match the pump, hose, pressure and coupler to the head.

One selected remote crimping-head configuration. A no-pump choice requires a separately compatible hydraulic pump. Only a configuration explicitly naming a manual pump includes that pump; dies follow the selected model and stated package. The gallery shows one Series I pipe-head example with its fitted die, not every profile or die assortment.

Before use

Match the exact fitting, pipe material, size and press profile, as well as pump pressure and hose/coupler compatibility. Follow the tool and fitting instructions. National profile names do not establish approval for every gas or water fitting.
