PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Choose the named shaped badge blank kit or component-only refill. Heart, square and rectangular profiles use different matching shells, backs and tooling; shape, backing style and pack quantity are part of the selected option.

Original heart-profile options

The original description below applies only to the 54 x 58 mm heart-profile kit and its 100-piece refills. Square and rectangle packs have their own contents and quantities in the list below.

Heart-shaped blank materials for the supplier nominal 54 x 58 mm badge system. Choose a 100-set complete blank-component kit or the separately named 100-piece film, paper or metal-cap refill.

Choose the supplied pack

The complete 100-set kit contains 100 metal top caps, 100 pin backs, 100 protective-film pieces and 100 white paper inserts. Film-only, paper-only and cap-only refills each supply 100 of that named component and are not complete badges. The primary is an actual assembled rear example with its physical colored edge; no printed design is supplied. An independent small cap detail and paper-stack contents photo show actual materials, not the ordered pack count. No badge press, cutting machine or template is included. Match this source shape and die profile; similar 54/58 mm labels do not establish other factories use identical tooling.
